Shared hosting means that your hosting is on the same web server as other people but only you can edit your own website. This is perfect for people who need to put up a small portfolio site, a business website, a simple online shop or a blog and have a small budget.

All our shared hosting plans allow you to host multiple websites. As our new hosting system is clustered you can access MySQL, PostGres and MS SQL on both Windows and Linux based hosting plans

Minimus - This package is perfect for simple personal sites, small business sites and portfolio sites. It includes E-Mail, 10GB diskspace, 100Gb monthly transfer, 30 websites, MySQL, MS SQL, Postgres and a choice of Linux or Windows (See below).

Medius - The Medius Hosting Package is the next step up from our entry level Minimus Shared Hosting Package. It offers more bandwith, and disk space. It's perfect for E-mail, SME sites and E-commerce sites. It includes E-Mail, 20GB diskspace, 200Gb monthly transfer, 60 websites, PHP and MySQL and a choice of Linux or Windows (See Below).

Maximus - The Maximus hosting package is what you need to take your blog or e-commerce business to the next level. It's perfect for large business sites, large e-commerce sites and busy blogs. It includes E-Mail, 30GB diskspace, 300Gb monthly transfer, 90 websites, PHP, MySQL and a choice of Linux or Windows (See below).

You can upload your site's files using FTP or via the file manager, however FTP is a lot more powerful.

You cannot access MS SQL servers on the Blacknight shared system from your desktop pc using SQL server studio.

Blacknight offer both MyLittleAdmin and MyLittleBackup for remote access / management
